Last updated: May 12, 2026

Overview

Mini is an open-source, MIT-licensed CLI tool and web dashboard for self-hosting services on Apple hardware. These terms govern your use of the Mini software, documentation, and associated services provided by Happenings Group A/S.

License

Mini is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Self-Hosting

Mini runs entirely on your own hardware. We do not host, process, or store your data. You are solely responsible for the security, maintenance, and operation of your Mac Mini and any services deployed through Mini. This includes ensuring your hardware is physically secure, your network is properly configured, and your software is kept up to date.

Third-Party Services

Mini integrates with Cloudflare Tunnels for network connectivity. Your use of Cloudflare is governed by Cloudflare's own terms of service. We are not responsible for Cloudflare's availability, pricing changes, or terms. You are responsible for your own Cloudflare account and any associated costs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Happenings Group A/S shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Mini.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Mini after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
